Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for issues arising from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. Please ensure all measurements are accurate before placing your order. We recommend using our detailed measuring guide or consulting a tailor for assistance.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the jacket is made with incorrect measurements that deviate significantly from what was provided, or if there is a clear manufacturing defect on our part. In such rare cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Do note that shades and color may vary from the photo and this is not included in defect, as we are dealing with natural materials which are bound to show varied shades.

How to protect them

For most of our smooth leather jackets, no additional products are necessary. However, applying a water repellent spray can provide an extra layer of protection.
Whenever possible, keep your leather away from rain. If it gets wet, hang it up to dry naturally without using heat, as this can distort the leather.
Avoid exposing your leather to rain, humidity, direct sunlight, oil, grease (such as hand cream or makeup), alcohol (like perfume solvents), and other abrasive products to prevent permanent stains.

How to store them

To maintain the appearance of your leather over time, store it in a cool, dark, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
When not wearing your leather regularly, store it in a breathable dust bag. Never use plastic covers for storage.

How to clean them

If you notice a fresh stain on your leather, gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth.
For suede care, avoid using a damp cloth. Instead, use a suede or horsehair brush and brush the suede in both directions.
Never vigorously rub stubborn stains. If the stain persists, consult a professional leather cleaner or use an appropriate leather care product.
