How to Measure Your Leather Jacket for the Perfect Fit
Choosing the right leather jacket starts with accurate measurements. Whether you're customizing your own or selecting a ready-made design, knowing your correct measurements ensures comfort and a flattering fit.
Follow these two simple guides to get your measurements right — using both our easy-to-follow reference image and our step-by-step measurement video.
Refer to the image below to identify the six key measurement points used to size our leather jackets accurately.

- 1. Jacket Length – From the highest point of the shoulder down to the jacket's hem
- 2. Shoulder to Shoulder – Measure from one shoulder seam to the other from the back, make it curved
- 3. Sleeve Length – From the shoulder seam down to the end of the sleeve cuff
- 4. Chest Width – Wrap the measuring tape around the chest both front and back
- 5. Waist Width – Measure the narrowest part of the jacket waist area
- 6. Hips – Wrap the measuring tape around the hips
