At Lezer, every leather jacket is handcrafted and made to order based on the exact measurements provided by the customer. To ensure comfort and ease of movement, our tailors apply a standard allowance of up to 3 cm to the provided measurements. This allowance does not compromise accuracy but is an industry practice to ensure a natural and comfortable fit.
Because our jackets are custom-made, refunds are generally not available for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or personal preference on fit, color shade, or style given the variance attached to natural leather.
However, we will offer a full refund in the event that:
- The jacket differs significantly from the measurements provided, beyond the standard 3 cm tailoring allowance.
- The jacket has a clear manufacturing defect upon arrival.
- The jacket is received in a condition that does not match the order specifications (e.g.design).
Process for Refund or Remake:
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the jacket, providing clear photos and measurement evidence to support the claim. Upon the agreement of defects from our end, clients can return the jacket for a refund. Clients have to however bear the shipping cost to the return address.
