2. Products & Orders
- Each leather jacket is made to order using the measurements submitted by the customer.
- A tailoring allowance of up to 3 cm is applied to ensure comfort and movement. This is a standard industry practice and does not compromise accuracy.
- Natural leather may have slight variations in texture, color, or finish, which should not be considered defects.
- Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. Therefore, cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of order confirmation.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is required in full at the time of order through our secure checkout.
- We reserve the right to update prices or promotions at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners.
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be communicated at checkout.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Refunds & Returns
Because jackets are custom-made, refunds are generally not available for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Preference for different fit, style, or color shade
Refunds or remakes are only available if:
- The jacket differs significantly from the provided measurements (beyond the 3 cm tailoring allowance).
- The jacket has a clear manufacturing defect.
- The jacket does not match the agreed order specifications (e.g., design).
Process for Refund/Remake:
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the jacket.
- Clear photos and measurement evidence must be submitted to support the claim.
- Once approved, customers can return the product. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of submitted measurements.
- Lezer Jacket is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect measurements.
- Customers are encouraged to follow our measurement guide or contact support for assistance before placing an order.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on lezerjacket.com (logos, images, product designs, and text) is the intellectual property of Lezer Jacket.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
